Looking for an Ionic Mobile Developer (Ionic/Capacitor) with a proven track record of delivering high‑quality mobile applications—someone who’s passionate about seeing their work live in the app stores and thrives in fast‑paced, lightly structured environments.

This is a hands‑on role for a developer. The position is 100% remote and is Contract to Hire.

• Deliver high‑quality mobile applications using the Ionic Framework and Capacitor.
• Build and deploy apps for iOS and Android.
• Work independently in a lightly structured, high‑trust environment.
• Critically think through ambiguous requirements and troubleshoot issues.

• 5–6+ years of mobile development experience with apps published in the App Store or Google Play.
• Expertise in Ionic Framework, Capacitor, Angular (preferably v17).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Type Script.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills; able to handle direct feedback.
• Comfortable working independently in a non‑micro‑managed environment.
