Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Out Systems Developer to join our engineering team and play a key role in designing, building, and scaling enterprise-grade low-code solutions. In this role, you will act as a technical leader, driving best practices, ensuring high-quality delivery, and mentoring junior developers while working closely with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust applications.

Key Responsibilities As a Senior Out Systems Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Out Systems applications, from concept and design through development, testing, deployment, and support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using the Out Systems platform.
• Leading technical design decisions, defining application architecture, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions and providing realistic effort estimations.
• Integrating Out Systems applications with third-party systems, APIs, and enterprise services (REST/SOAP, databases, identity providers, etc.).
• Ensuring application quality through code reviews, performance tuning, security best practices, and adherence to Out Systems development standards.
• Supporting CI/CD pipelines, application lifecycle management, and environment promotion strategies.
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues in development, test, and production environments.
• Mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Collaborating closely with UX designers, QA engineers, Dev Ops, and business stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of hands-on technical expertise and leadership capabilities:

• Proven experience as an Out Systems Developer, with significant experience in a senior or lead role.
• Deep understanding of the Out Systems platform, including architecture, best practices, performance optimization, and security.
• Strong experience with web and mobile application development concepts (responsive design, state management, UX principles).
• Solid knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar) and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with integrations using REST and SOAP services, authentication mechanisms, and error handling patterns.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Out Systems certifications (Associate, Professional, or Expert).
• Previous experience  development (C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs), enabling deeper understanding of custom extensions and legacy system integration.
• Experience in enterprise-scale applications, high-availability environments, or regulated industries.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar).
• Experience with performance monitoring, logging, and application analytics.
• Prior experience in mentoring teams or acting as a technical lead.
