We're looking for a dependable, organized, and safety-minded Delivery Driver who enjoys working independently and takes pride in being reliable. If you're an early riser with a clean driving record, your own reliable vehicle, and a passion for supporting a fast-paced hospitality team, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Delivery Driver, you'll transport fresh bakery products, prepared foods, catering orders, supplies, and equipment between WINNER Hospitality locations and partner destinations. This role includes regularly scheduled early-morning deliveries to Sagaponack, NY (typically two mornings per week), as well as deliveries throughout Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and other parts of New York City as business needs require.

Because you'll be using your own vehicle for company business, mileage, approved tolls, and authorized parking expenses are reimbursed in accordance with company policy.

What You'll Do

• Complete scheduled early-morning delivery runs to Sagaponack, NY.
• Transport bakery products, prepared foods, catering orders, and supplies between WINNER Hospitality locations.
• Support urgent and same-day deliveries throughout New York City.
• Load, unload, and safely transport products while maintaining food quality and presentation.
• Verify delivery orders before departure and confirm deliveries upon arrival.
• Maintain communication with managers regarding delivery timing and any route delays.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures while transporting products.
• Keep accurate mileage, delivery, and expense records.
• Represent WINNER Hospitality professionally while interacting with team members, vendors, and customers.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Owns a reliable vehicle suitable for regular deliveries.
• Maintains current vehicle registration, inspection, and automobile insurance.
• Is punctual, dependable, and highly organized.
• Can work independently while managing delivery schedules.
• Is comfortable driving throughout New York City and making regular trips to the East End of Long Island.
• Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Can safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Takes pride in safe driving and professional customer service.

Schedule

• Regular early-morning shifts, including scheduled Sagaponack delivery runs (typically two mornings per week).
• Additional weekday, weekend, holiday, and on-demand delivery shifts based on business needs.
• Flexibility to support special events, catering deliveries, and operational projects.

Vehicle Requirements

• A valid driver's license.
• Current vehicle registration.
• Current vehicle inspection.
• Automobile insurance meeting all legal requirements.
• A safe, reliable vehicle suitable for transporting food and company products.

Successful candidates must provide proof of insurance and may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review before and during employment.
