Bookkeeper – Real Estate & Construction Williamsburg, Brooklyn Full-Time | In-Office $75K–$100K DOE
A growing real estate development and construction company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on bookkeeping experience, strong organizational skills, and experience working in the real estate or construction industry.
Responsibilities- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets
- Work closely with management on budgets, invoices, and job‑related expenses
- Assist with payroll, vendor payments, and expense tracking
- Organize and maintain financial documentation
- Experience with Quick Books required
- Strong Excel skills required
- Prior bookkeeping experience in real estate, construction, or development preferred
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Strong communication and follow‑up skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
