Client Administrator - Onsite

10 is currently seeking a Client Administrator for an Onsite position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Brooklyn, OH. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. Compensation: $32.00 per hour, W2

The Client Administrator will administer a book of business with an emphasis on client service and daily administrative duties. This role serves as the first point of contact for institutional clients, handling all servicing needs, inquiries, transaction execution, and processing. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for independently monitoring accounts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Serve as the first point of contact for institutional clients for all servicing needs and inquiries
• Ensure client inquiries are resolved in a timely manner and communicate accurately with clients and third parties
• Proactively service assigned clients by maintaining a high standard of quality for all client services
• Independently work with client contacts and internal operations to identify and resolve problems
• Coordinate service issues across product lines to deliver quality service to external and internal clients
• Proactively assist in the administration of qualified plans, master trust custody, non-profit, and investment management accounts
• Strive to eliminate charge-offs and cash processing errors by ensuring transactions are executed according to existing procedures
• Review and manage daily cash reports for cash overdrafts and uninvested cash

• Experience in client administration for institutional accounts
• In-depth knowledge of investment administration (IA) products and services
• Familiarity with trust/custody, corporate escrow, benefit disbursements, investment management, and commercial bank account services
• Understanding of legal, ERISA, and regulatory compliance guidelines
• Ability to understand client requirements and construct creative solutions
• Must be able to work onsite in Brooklyn, OH with occasional travel to Cleveland, OH
