Digital Designer

We are seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our dynamic Corporate Communications team. This part-time, hybrid role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while working in a collaborative environment.

• Create and evolve UI elements and visual design language by translating business requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Design visual digital assets that effectively communicate messages developed by team members.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communications and projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to enhance engagement through effective design.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Support the internal team with publications, email newsletters, and presentations.
• Work on various projects, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.

• Proficiency in Adobe's Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Office products.
• Experience in information architecture and wireframe development.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

• Experience with email templates, newsletters, and publications.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
