Full‑Time.

Education Level: High School. Salary Range: $22.34 - $29.79 per hour.

Shift: Graveyard (Thursday
- Monday 11:00PM - 7:30AM).

• Ensuring residents and guests experience five-star service.
• Acting as a point of contact for residents and guests.
• Arranging transportation for residents and guests.
• Providing information about property amenities.
• Giving directions to local attractions.
• Assisting with the upkeep and appearance of the property.
• Receiving and distributing packages, dry‑cleaning items, documents, and other items.
• Following security protocol by checking in/out all guests, vendors, contractors, and other visitors to the property.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Professional and friendly demeanor.
• Effective interpersonal, communication, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
• High attentiveness to detail.
• Ability to adapt, multi‑task, and take initiative.
• Responsive to various needs and requests.
• Maintains confidentiality for guests and residents.
• Prior experience as a Concierge or similar experience at a luxury residential or hotel building.
• Basic knowledge of building systems, computers, and community at large.
• Multi‑lingual fluency is a plus.

Pay ranges from $22.34–$29.79 per hour depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and more.
