Responsibilities
  • Draw on Te Whāriki to plan and guide the educational journey of each child.
  • Celebrate the magic of learning by capturing and sharing high‑quality assessments so every child’s progress can be celebrated.
  • Create a supportive, equitable atmosphere where a sense of belonging is prioritised.
  • Work collaboratively to build positive relationships across the team.
  • Maintain a safe, beautiful environment where child wellbeing is the priority.
Qualifications
  • Mōu: A recognised New Zealand ECE or Primary teaching qualification with current NZ registration.
  • Warm communication style and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proactive spirit and the integrity to act in ways that are fair and ethical.
  • Passion for the NZ national curriculum and a drive to share fresh, creative ideas.
  • Confidence using digital tools to document learning and stay connected with families.
  • Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
