Location:
4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio (Hybrid, minimum 2 days in office per week after training).
Hours:
Monday–Friday 9am–6pm ET; 10am–7pm ET rotating approximately one week per month.
In a Financial Services Contact Center environment, the CLC Sales Support Associate processes new loan applications received from the Internet channel and acts as a liaison between the client and Underwriting Department to gather information necessary for credit decisions, resolve client inquiries, and ensure timely loan closeouts.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS- Handle inbound and outbound calls to communicate application requirements and credit decisions, including approvals, declines, and counter offers.
- Manage end-to-end processing of loan applications, ensuring data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
- Assist clients by resolving issues and answering questions during the application process, offering solutions and directing them to appropriate resources.
- Provide expert guidance on escalated calls and complex client matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients while working virtually.
- Coordinate with branch offices to schedule closing appointments and ensure clients and branches are informed of approval conditions for prompt closings.
- Order necessary loan closing documents for scheduled appointments.
- Deliver exceptional client service adhering to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
- Achieve individual performance goals and contribute to team success.
- Maintain registration and certification with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
- Demonstrate flexibility by supporting other teams during peak workloads or staff absences.
- E‑mailing customer correspondence.
- Back up other lines of business as needed.
- High School Diploma.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office utilities (Word & Excel).
- Associate or bachelor’s Degree.
- Financial Services background experience.
- Knowledge of Financial Products.
- Call Center and Customer Service experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- PC (keyboard & mouse).
- Phone with headset.
Classroom and on‑the‑job PC software training as needed. Systems: UJET, ACAPS, CE Desktop, Oracle Banking Platform, Key View Deluxe.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSBase hourly rate: $18.75 – $25.00 per hour. Placement may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Incentive compensation may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
