Complete the KEO application with the client and submit to the Consumer Lending Center (CLC).;
Assist in day-to-day processing, document tracking, and forwarding of required documents for KEO originations.;
Serve as liaison between the Loan Officer, referring banker, client, and CLC operations to ensure a seamless process.;
Prioritize and route incoming referrals and customer correspondence.;
Follow up with clients on missing or supporting documentation to complete the application.;
Review line amounts, values, and any outstanding conditions needed to move the KEO to closing; coordinate closing with branch and client.;
Ensure movement of loans through pipeline and adherence to compliance requirements; perform other duties as assigned.;
Adhere to Key Bank policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
