Job Summary

The Analyst, Corporate Real Estate provides essential support for real estate operations through portfolio management, lease document interpretation, lease payment processing, and financial reporting. This role ensures data accuracy, policy compliance, and timely execution of administrative and analytical tasks. The Analyst collaborates with internal teams and vendors to support the efficient management of facilities, leases, and service contracts.

Essential Functions
  • Audit and maintain real estate documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for facilities and real estate operations.
  • Track and reconcile expenses related to utilities, maintenance, janitorial services, and occupancy costs.
  • Efficiently and accurately complete monthly lease payment rent roll process for assigned portfolio of properties
  • Perform annual CAM & Tax Reconciliations
  • Process and monitor vendor invoices and purchase orders using systems such as Workday and Expense Smart.
  • Maintain operational and financial data across internal platforms and databases.
  • Assist with monthly budget forecasts and reporting cycles.
  • Provide administrative support for project coordination, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Collect and analyze data for benchmarking, performance metrics, and ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Facilities) to support real estate initiatives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
  • Complies with all Key Bank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients and Key.
Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field or equivalent experience (preferred)

Work Experience

Preferred experience in financial and/or lease analysis, billing and/or payment processing, or document interpretation

Skills

Ensures accuracy in documentation, data entry, and financial reporting to support compliance and decision-making. Maintains organized and up-to-date records for leases, contracts, and procurement activities. Assists in preparing reports, forecasts, and dashboards to support budget planning and expense tracking. Works effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors to support operational goals. Quickly adapts to new systems, processes, and tools in a dynamic corporate real estate environment.

Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Workday, Expense Smart, CoStar REM, and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $57,000.00 - $87,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives. Key has implemented an approach to employee work spaces which prioritizes in-office presence, while providing flexible options in circumstances where roles can be performed effectively in a mobile environment.
