The Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst is responsible for the preparation, validation, analysis, and submission of assigned FR Y-14M/Q regulatory reports to the Federal Reserve, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting deadlines. This role performs data analysis, reconciliations, edit reviews, control execution, and documentation activities while partnering with Risk, Finance, Governance, Treasury, Data Management, Technology, and business stakeholders to support regulatory reporting production, change management, issue remediation, and process improvements.

The Sr Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for assigned schedules and develops cross-functional expertise to strengthen business continuity, organizational resilience, and reporting governance.

Essential Job Functions Regulatory Reporting

Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned regulatory reports, schedules, and reporting requirements. Coordinate reporting activities across multiple stakeholders to ensure successful and timely regulatory submissions. Manual adjustments and validation checks including edit checks.

Risk, Controls, and Governance

Maintain a strong risk and control environment through effective execution of regulatory reporting controls and governance activities. Identify, assess, and escalade reporting risks, process gaps, control deficiencies, and data quality concerns. Ensure appropriate documentation, evidence retention, and control execution in accordance with internal policies and regulatory expectations.

Data Analysis and Quality Assurance

Analyze large data sets to validate reported results and investigate variances, trends, and anomalies. Develop and enhance reporting metrics, monitoring routines, and analytical procedures.

Process Improvement and Change Management

Support efforts to implement regulatory reporting changes resulting from new regulations, reporting instructions, and business initiatives. Support strategic initiatives related to regulatory reporting transformation, data modernization, and process optimization.

Qualifications

Required Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, finance, accounting, risk management, or related discipline. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools.

Preferred Experience with Federal Reserve regulatory reporting, including FR Y-14, FR Y-9C, Call Reports, FFIEC, or other banking regulatory reports. Knowledge of data governance, risk management, and reporting control frameworks. Experience with SQL, SAS, Axiom, Power BI, or similar data analysis and reporting tools.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $69,000.00 - $ annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.

Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
