LCSW Clinical Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced LCSW Clinical Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for a clinical professional who is passionate about supervision, mentorship, and maintaining high standards of client care. The position is hybrid with flexible hours, allowing the right candidate to supervise clinicians while continuing to grow professionally.

• Provide weekly individual and group supervision to Masters-level clinicians and social work interns.
• Maintain a small caseload of clients for direct therapeutic services.
• Offer oversight, consultation, and direct assistance in risk assessment and crisis intervention.
• Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with OMH standards.
• Motivate and support staff to maintain high clinical and ethical standards.
• Participate in case conferences, clinical team meetings, and professional development initiatives.
• Conduct chart audits and supervise administrative tasks related to clinical care.

• Valid NYS LCSW license.
• At least one year of clinical supervisory experience (preferred but not required).
• Strong engagement, assessment, and diagnostic skills with knowledge of DSM-5.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Experience working with diverse populations and diagnoses.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Some evening hours required;
  Saturday availability is a plus.
