Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain custom Service Now applications and integrations.
- Create automated workflows to streamline business and IT operations.
- Develop user-friendly portal pages and interface components.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather and implement requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and execute unit tests to maintain high-quality solutions.
- Contribute ideas for integrating GenAI to modernize existing workflows.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide Script for Service Now customization.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Service Now architecture.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Experience with SAMPro or similar software asset management platforms.
- Hands-on experience in applying GenAI to enhance workflows or processes.

The pay range for this role is $22 - $52 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
