• Lead the quality assurance team, overseeing all testing activities to maintain product quality.
• Supervise the quality processes throughout all project phases including requirements review and test execution.
• Identify potential issues in user interfaces and workflows, highlighting risks related to technical debt and schedule slips.
• Manage resources and estimate project needs, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and traceability.
• Collaborate with project participants in grooming sessions and status meetings, contributing as a thought leader.

• Proven experience in quality assurance with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in assessing applications based on risk and impact, prioritizing test execution accordingly.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to engage with the project team regarding project status and risks.
• Acquainted with leveraging resources for automation and service virtualization within QA.

• Previous exposure to testing within virtual response units or contact centers.
• Experience in integrating primary testing methods and defect triaging strategies.
• Self-motivated with data-driven strategic thinking.
