Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our Enterprise Data and Information Services (EDIS) team in Brooklyn, OH. This is a temp-to-hire position for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be a certified Scrum Master with 3+ years of delivery experience, strong leadership skills, and expertise in Agile methodologies. This role will lead multiple high-priority technical projects from concept through implementation while managing cross-functional teams that include both onshore and offshore resources.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership:
Lead multiple high-priority technical projects within Enterprise Data and Information Services (EDIS), taking projects from original concept through final implementation using Agile methodologies - Backlog Management:
Work with business leaders to define backlog, sprint priorities, and manage project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables that support diverse business goals and stakeholder interests - Cross-Functional Leadership:
Lead cross-functional team members (including onshore and offshore resources) towards common outcomes and successful execution - Planning & Capacity Management:
Participate in PI planning, capacity planning, and team sizing to meet stakeholder objectives - Problem Solving:
Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze and solve complex problems; take initiative to facilitate planning and execute as assigned - Tracking & Reporting:
Ensure tracking and reporting of daily activities; meet project budget, schedule, scope, and risk targets - Team Culture:
Foster and encourage open and honest feedback; learn from setbacks and mistakes to drive continuous improvement - Risk Management:
Identify and assess risks and issues; proactively mitigate and resolve them - Impact Analysis:
Perform impact analysis and prioritization as needed - Data Analysis:
May perform Data Analyst responsibilities as needed
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience - Certification:
Scrum Master Certification (required) - Experience:
3+ years of Scrum Master delivery experience; experience leading multiple Agile teams; experience with technology implementation - Technical
Skills:
Strong proficiency with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence - Leadership
Competencies:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent experience
- Knowledge or experience in the financial and banking services industry
- Experience working with or managing banking projects
- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform and Big Query
- Experience working as a Data Analyst in financial and banking sector
- Experience managing project teams with both onshore and offshore resources
- Scrum Master Certification and proven delivery experience
- Project Management expertise
- Data Analyst with technical skills (nice to have)
- Competitive Compensation: $55.00 to $65.00 per hour with temp-to-hire potential
