Job Summary

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our Agile delivery team. The ideal candidate is an experienced, autonomous leader with strong facilitation and problem-solving skills. This contract role involves leading cross‑functional teams through sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives while removing impediments and driving delivery excellence.

• Leadership & Execution: Works autonomously and demonstrates solid key leadership competencies. Leads cross‑functional team members toward common outcomes and drives execution with strong organizational skills.
• Planning & Tracking: Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to analyze and solve complex problems. Takes initiative to facilitate planning, execute assigned work, and ensure tracking and reporting of daily activities to meet project budget, schedule, scope, and risk targets.
• Communication & Facilitation: Possesses strong written, verbal, and presentation facilitator skills. Effectively communicates sprint future state vision and its impact to business strategy to all stakeholders.
• Team Development: Assesses and coaches team members on both strengths and developmental needs. Fosters open and honest feedback and learns from setbacks and mistakes to drive personal and team improvement.
• Risk & Impediment Management: Identifies, assesses, and prioritizes risks and issues. Manages impediments to resolution that prevent the team from completing sprint work, and provides effective status reporting on impact and resolution progress.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience:
  
  3+ years of Scrum Master delivery experience, including an additional 2+ years of agile project experience
• Skills:
  
  Agile/Scrum facilitation, sprint planning and retrospectives, impediment removal, risk management, cross‑functional team leadership, stakeholder communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving
• Certifications:
  
  Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with 3+ years of experience required;
  Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) preferred

Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification is strongly preferred. Additional experience with business strategy alignment, agile coaching, or scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) is a plus.
