10 is currently seeking a Project Manager - Hybrid position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Brooklyn, OH. This is a 6+ month contract to hire opportunity.
This role leads mid to large, high-priority projects which impact multiple lines of business and functional areas. The ideal candidate will take projects from original concept through final implementation using standard project management, change management, and risk management methodologies. This position requires experience working in Cybersecurity, Governance, and Risk Management.
Responsibilities- Lead one or more projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, which may include directing third party resources as well as virtual teams
- Work with business leaders to define scope; manage project scope, scope changes, objectives, requirements, deliverables, and value proposition
- Develop integrated project plans; identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths; and track/report project milestones and status
- Understand and coordinate with various project delivery methodologies such as waterfall and agile
- Lead communication planning, execution, and reporting with project team members and key stakeholders
- Develop change management planning, design and implementation including communication and training
- Identify, track, escalate and resolve issue conflicts; perform impact analysis and prioritization; and manage dependencies
- Assist in business case development and perform project initiation activities
- Gather estimates from resources needed to achieve project goals and track utilization
- Consolidate and continuously manage the overall project financials, including forecasting and budgeting
- Manage documentation and knowledge transfer to business as usual functions and conduct lesson‑learned reviews
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Works autonomously and demonstrates solid leadership competencies
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to analyze and solve complex problems
- Understands business models and project impact to business strategy
- Possess strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate project future state vision and impact to business strategy
- Presents effectively to all levels of management
- Identifies and assesses risks and issues; performs impact analysis and prioritization; and manages them to resolution
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
$60.00 - $70.00 per hour
