Job Description # Business Analyst
* Gather and clearly document business requirements from stakeholders
* Translate business needs into functional requirements and support downstream testing
* Work closely with data and reporting teams to understand data flows and dependencies
* Support projects across financial, regulatory, or reconciliation‐focused domains
* Communicate clearly with both business and technical audiences
* Strong
** financial background** (regulatory reporting, reconciliation, GL, or related)
* Experience working in financial services environments
* Ability to articulate end‐to‐end BA approach (requirements → testing → delivery)
- ** Minimum 5 years
** of Business Analyst experience
* SQL or data querying background
* Regulatory reporting exposure
* Experience supporting data supply chain or reporting platforms
* Exact project assignment may vary
* Strong communication skills are essential
* Certifications are not required; practical experience matters most
