Solution Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an Intelligent Automation Engineer to support enterprise automation initiatives with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and system integrations. This role designs, builds, and integrates automation solutions using established RPA platforms while enabling advanced capabilities through Azure AI and/or Google Vertex AI where appropriate. The engineer collaborates with stakeholders, recommends solution approaches, and provides technical direction across the development lifecycle to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

The position also supports operational stability through root cause analysis, evaluation of feasibility, and compliance with Center of Excellence standards, security and risk management practices, change management, and continuous improvement.

• Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions that align with business needs.
• Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate solutions with existing systems.
• Communicate with diverse audiences and support automation portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with standards, security, and change management.
• Partner with teammates to develop, configure, test, and implement processes to meet defined and anticipated requirements with high-quality builds on time and on budget.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues.
• Participate in Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements and manage change effectively.
• Possess familiarity with cloud architectures and AI/ML service consumption patterns.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required)

• Hands‑on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) RPA platform
• Experience with process simulations/automation, solution development and/or business analysis
• Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing tools such as ABBYY or equivalent OCR/IDP technologies
• Understanding system integration concepts, including REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication, and error handling
• Working knowledge of process engineering software systems

• Experience integrating with Azure AI services and/or Google Vertex AI
• Experience or knowledge in a banking/financial services industry

• Leverage platforms to rapidly develop and deploy business solutions.
• Participate in Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements and manage change effectively.
• Ensuring solutions adhere to IT policies, change management, and security standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to facilitate meetings and engage technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Troubleshoot issues by gathering, interpreting, and analyzing data and recommending solutions; analytical thinker and problem‑solver.
• Use tools to analyze workflows and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Support multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities concurrently.
• Design and implement automation solutions using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously improve solution design.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $69,000.00 - $ annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based on various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
