Senior Manager - Enterprise Servicing Business Technology

The Business Technology Senior Manager leads the strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing support of complex enterprise technology platforms that support critical business operations within the Enterprise Servicing domain. This role requires advanced knowledge of enterprise application development, critical systems support, large-scale technology program delivery, and production risk management. The incumbent is responsible for developing technology roadmaps, directing multi-year initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architectural standards, and overseeing the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of interrelated platforms and critical applications.

Effective financial management. Leverage appropriate use of onshore/offshore mix. Build and lead strong teams of analysts, project managers, engineers, developers, and vendors. Drive engagement, capability building, and delivery excellence. Support talent attraction and development.

Manage complex technology portfolios, including critical applications. Lead large‑scale multi‑year technology programs end‑to‑end on budget and timeline. Ensure delivery to defined success measures and mitigate risks.

Oversee 24/7 production support including vulnerability remediation and risk management. Define and deliver continuous improvement objectives, leveraging GenAI to enhance productivity.

• Manages a technology portfolio of greater complexity and breadth that requires frequent interaction and collaboration across several groups and technologies and generally includes one or more critical applications.
• Utilize technology expertise, current industry knowledge, and best practices to build, advocate for, and maintain technology strategy for one or more lines of business that delivers strategic objectives and aligns to enterprise architectural standards.
• Brings emerging technologies and methodologies into the organization to assess potential and use cases.
• Demonstrates thought leadership and continuous learning.
• Leads the implementation of technology programs that may span several years and may include obtaining senior‑level or executive sponsorship and steering committee approval; from development and configuration of applications to testing and implementation, delivering in alignment with success measures, milestones, and management methodology; escalates risk or concerns and leads corrective actions; communicates updates on work progression.
• Oversees 24/7 production support of applications, including vulnerability remediation and risk management to corporate SLAs.
• Possesses in‑depth knowledge of the IBM BAW platform and underlying Web Sphere technologies, in a hybrid environment with modern Java and React.
• Manages, develops, and ensures engagement and effective execution of multiple delivery and support squads—including business analysts, project managers, scrum masters, engineers, developers, external resources, and vendors—against line‑of‑business or functional technology deliverables.
• Emerges as a leader for attracting and developing internal and external talent.

Master’s Degree in a technology field plus 3 years of professional experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in a technology field plus 7 years of progressive professional experience in enterprise application development or critical systems support (required).
