The Content Enablement Specialist supports the execution of a federated content model by combining technical enablement, GenAI solution support, and content operations. This role contributes directly to:
- Authoring and maintaining shared services content
- Enabling LOB teams to create high-quality content
- Supporting and improving GenAI-powered capabilities
- Monitoring and improving content quality, consistency, and performance
- Shared Services Content Authoring
- Create and maintain enterprise shared content within Knowledge Management software.
- Structure content for clarity, usability, AI consumption, and search effectiveness.
- Apply templates, standards, and metadata to ensure consistency for user consumption and support GenAI usage.
- Enable Line of Business Authoring through Onboarding and Ongoing Support
- Support onboarding of new LOBs into the KM platform.
- Provide guidance on authoring standards, templates, structure, and best practices for AI‑ready content.
- Facilitate working sessions to help SMEs successfully publish content.
- GenAI Support & Optimization
- Support and refine AI-enabled capabilities, including AI‑generated draft content, content similarity, staleness detection, smart tagging, and performance insights.
- Assist with prompt design, tuning, and testing of GenAI outputs for accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
- Testing & System Support
- Execute testing on content workflows and GenAI capabilities.
- Troubleshoot issues and support root cause analysis.
- Ensure adherence to system requirements and user expectations.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong communication skills across technical and business audiences.
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
- Experience with knowledge management or enterprise content platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices.
- Experience working with GenAI tools or AI‑enabled workflows.
- Experience with content systems, platforms, or structured documentation.
- Experience in regulated environments (banking, financial services, healthcare, etc.).
- Ability to work across multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Technical curiosity and ability to learn evolving AI capabilities.
- Facilitation and stakeholder support skills.
