Job Description We are seeking a Content Enablement Specialist to support a federated content model by combining technical enablement, GenAI solution support, and content operations. The role will author and maintain shared services content, enable line-of-business teams to create high-quality, AI-ready content, support and improve GenAI-powered capabilities, and monitor and improve content quality, consistency, and performance. The position requires technical aptitude across AI and platform workflows and sound content judgment.

Responsibilities:
Create and maintain enterprise shared content within Knowledge Management software. Structure content for clarity, usability, AI consumption, and search effectiveness. Apply templates, standards, and metadata to ensure consistency for user consumption and GenAI usage. Support onboarding of new lines of business into the KM platform and provide guidance on authoring standards, templates, structure, and AI-ready best practices. Facilitate working sessions to help subject matter experts publish content successfully.

Support and refine AI-enabled capabilities, including AI-generated drafts, similarity and consolidation recommendations, staleness detection, smart tagging, metadata generation, and performance insights. Assist with prompt design and tuning, and test GenAI outputs for accuracy and consistency. Monitor content and system performance and recommend improvements. Execute testing on content workflows and GenAI capabilities; troubleshoot issues and support root cause analysis. Ensure adherence to system requirements and user expectations.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate across technical and business audiences. Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Experience with knowledge management or enterprise content platforms. Familiarity with Agile delivery practices. Preferred

Skills:

Experience with GenAI tools or AI-enabled workflows.
