Key Technology and Services Internship Program

Our summer internship program spans 10.5 weeks in duration and allows you to work alongside Key Bank's experts within Key Technology, Operations & Services (KTS). The internship provides an opportunity to get hands‑on experience with our innovative security teams. Our internships will equip you with competitive skills, valuable networking and mentoring.

Opportunities for Intern placements Enterprise Fraud Services (EFS)

Enterprise Fraud Services is responsible for developing Key's holistic fraud defense strategy and the various related components needed to enhance the effectiveness of Key's fraud programs.

Teams Include:

Fraud Investigations, Fraud Detection Strategies and Analytics, EFS Solutions, Fraud Operations, Client Prote, Client Identity & Access Management

Responsible for supporting Key's overall Security strategy by providing centralized management of Key's security portfolio projects and fraud‑related compliance issues. We work closely with business, technology, and risk teams to make sure work stays on track; progress is clearly reported, and any issues are identified early and escalated when needed.
