What does our Internship Program offer?

Key’s Enterprise Internship is a 10.5-week program that provides meaningful work that matters, offers feedback and coaching, and creates engaging events and conversations that will spark excitement and interest in bringing one’s full-time career to Key.

Interns are involved in a host of line of business specific projects that directly impact and benefit Key’s business and strategic pillars. The program includes networking with Key teammates across all levels of the organization, a series of Learning Labs where internal and external speakers provide insight on Key’s competitive landscape, financial wellness, and professional development best practices, and an assigned mentor who shares knowledge, experience, and advice.

Enterprise Technology including architecture, infrastructure, networks, data centers and cloud technology to ensure stable systems and platforms

Enterprise Data and Information Management, enabling transformation of customer and market data into valuable insights and analytics

Enterprise Operations, spanning Origination through Default Management, Deposit Operations, ACH, Wire & Check Payment Operations, Loan Services Operations, and Treasury Operations Enterprise Security, including Technology Risk Management, Vulnerability Management, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Fraud Detection/Management, Identity Verification, and Physical Security Key Technology and Services Internship Program Our summer internship program spans 10 weeks in duration and allows you to work alongside Key Bank’s experts within Key Technology & Services (KTS).

The internship provides an opportunity to get hands-on experience with our innovative operations teams. Our internships will equip you with competitive skills, valuable networking and mentoring and exposure to executives through a structured experience.
