Registered Nurse - RN - Premature Nursery; NICU Nights

Location & Shift

Brooklyn, New York – Night Flex (7:30PM – 8:00AM) – Full‑time, on‑site.

Registered Nurse – Premature Nursery (NICU) – Full‑time Nights. Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based nursing care to premature infants and support their families.

• Provide compassionate, high‑quality nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns.
• Utilize neonatal resuscitation and critical care protocols to manage complex cases.
• Collaborate with physicians, lactation consultants, and social workers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in a timely manner.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and shared clinical decision‑making.
• Mentor and support junior nursing staff and students.

• 1+ year of RN experience in level‑3 NICU.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current New York State RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Salary Range: $118,134–$155,787 per year. Comprehensive benefits packages include health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off, as well as opportunities for professional development.

All roles require on‑site presence; employees should live within commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse travel expenses.
