CH&P Management is a planned community management company located in Conroe, Texas. We manage over 30,000 single-family properties in Montgomery County and Liberty County.
We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Architectural Control Coordinator who is self-disciplined with exemplary people skills.
Qualifications- Customer service experience
- General proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- General understanding of GMAIL and Google Apps
- Exemplary people skills
- Time management skills
- Exhibit patience and kindness when speaking to customers
- Ability to navigate the internet and experience in working with Windows 10
- Able to keep an organized and clean working space
- Upload ACC Applications into the software and track which applications are sent to the Chief Architectural Control Coordinator at the Conroe location by adding notes on their account.
- Assist customers with architectural improvement applications as needed.
- Process approvals as requested by the Chief Architectural Control Coordinator, as needed to assist.
- Accept incoming calls regarding Architectural and Deed Restriction violations when not in an ACC meeting to ensure that the customer is well-informed.
- Assist walk-ins when you do not have an appointment or until the next appointment arrives.
- Lead and communicate with a helpful, can-do attitude.
- Assist with walk-in Architectural Control questions, issues, and report to the Community Manager any issues relating to applications for architectural improvements or permits.
- Act as a resource for all customers.
- Keep a good working relationship with county permit clerks and customers by demonstrating exemplary people skills with a can-do attitude.
- Attend weekly meetings for ACC and report issues to the Chief Architectural Control Coordinator.
