Position Summary

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing hazardous materials, following Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders: reviews orders, pulls items from shelves, scans items, wraps and palletizes items; ensures accuracy of orders and invoices, secures items until Members arrive and follows up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners;

identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks; communicates progress; determines and recommends improvement opportunities and adapts to change.

Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting Company products and services. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Maintains integrity, respects individuals, works as a team, and serves customers and members. Delivers results while putting the customer first and makes decisions based on reliable information.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
