Our fresh food associates are the backbone of Sam’s Club. As a Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate you will keep shelves stocked, maintain sanitary conditions, and provide excellent customer service in the deli department. Your work ensures our members receive high‑quality products and a great shopping experience.

• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Stock, zone, and present merchandise in the Freezer, Cooler and Deli area, including handling returns, pricing, and documenting inventory.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products.
• Follow food handling policies and Cold Chain procedures, operate and sanitize equipment, monitor freezer/cooler operation, and report issues to management.
• Ensure high‑quality products are cared for, shelf cleanliness, temperature control, expiration date verification, and proper disposal of lesser‑quality food.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and displays, and maintain a clean, sanitized and member‑ready area.

• Minimum: Must be 18 years of age or older and able to complete all required training and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
