As a Membership Associate at Sam's Club, you will support membership growth and satisfaction by promoting membership benefits, processing upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events.

• Provide information on membership benefits and promote the value of Company products and services.
• Process membership upgrades, credit account requests and update membership status.
• Participate in sales and marketing events to drive membership goals.
• Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders: review orders, pull items, scan, wrap, palletize, and verify accuracy of orders, invoices, and secure items until members receive them.
• Follow up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet member needs.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and available resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners.
• Identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations, communicate progress, and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards, and apply the Open Door Policy for work processes.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00*.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional premiums: $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
