The Osborne Association seeks a compassionate, trauma‑informed non‑clinical Trauma‑Informed Care Specialist to join our Workforce Development Team based on Rikers Island. You will conduct assessments, coordinate case management, facilitate CBT‑based group workshops, and connect participants to housing, mental health services, employment, and community supports.
A DOC clearance is required to work on Rikers Island and/or other facilities.
