Impullitti Landscaping is hiring Snowplow Drivers to join our winter operations team. As a Snowplow Driver, you’ll be responsible for clearing snow and ice to keep client properties safe and accessible. If you’re dependable and skilled, we want you on our team.

• Operate a plow truck safely and efficiently to remove snow and ice.
• Apply salt or de‑icing materials as directed.
• Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snowfall and icy surfaces.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑shift inspections of plow truck and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of hours worked, routes completed, and materials used.
• Communicate with dispatch and supervisors to report progress or issues.
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and property damage.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a Snowplow Driver required.
• Ability to work in extreme cold and overnight hours.
• Physical ability to shovel and spread salt when required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Dependability and strong attention to detail.
