Schedule Options

• Full‑Time: 4+ days per week
• Part‑Time: 1–3 days per week
• Shift: Overnight, 10‑hour shifts

Short Haul Regional Routes

• Work up to 10 hours per shift
• Safely operate 26‑ft box trucks
• Perform dock‑to‑dock deliveries
• Load/unload trucks with pallet jack
• Utilize lift gates to load/unload deliveries
• Drive in various weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.)
• Adhere to DOT safety standards and company performance metrics
• Maintain metrics related to attendance, performance, and safety
• Operate smart devices for route navigation and delivery updates

• Hourly Rate: Starting at $21.75/hour ($32.62/hour overtime pay)
• Pay Raises: Regular promotions based on performance

  Qualifications:
  
  JJ Keller Application

• 21+ years old with a valid Ohio driver’s license
• DOT Certification (required); CDL not required
• Able to pass a 5‑panel drug screening
• Comfortable with overnight shifts
• No felonies within the past 7 years
• Clean motor vehicle history

• Bilingual – Spanish
• On‑Demand pay available – same day pay
• Obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or college degree through tuition coverage and reimbursement program
