CDJR Brooksville is seeking an experienced or entry-level Express Lube Technician to join our growing service team! If you have a basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and a desire to build a career in automotive service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

As an Express Lube Technician, you will perform essential maintenance services, assist with diagnostics, and help ensure every vehicle leaves our service drive in top condition. We offer a supportive environment where you can expand your skills and grow professionally.

• Willingness to learn the full scope of Lube Technician responsibilities and vehicle repair.
• Ability to work successfully within a team of mechanics and automotive repair technicians.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and providing basic information on tire repair and replacement options.

• Replace air filters, wipers, bulbs, and similar components.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail with a strong customer service focus.
• Rotate tires to ensure proper wear and balance.
• Conduct basic diagnostic tests to support vehicle reliability.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Work all scheduled hours, including weekends, evenings, and occasional special events.
• Maintain a valid, clean U.S. driver’s license.
• Successfully pass a Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Screen.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions and meet physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Complete certifications and training courses related to tire repair and maintenance as required.
• Assist with receiving and stocking inventory.
