In this key role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls and helping set up appointments for our expert sales team to assess and address their needs.
As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll provide essential support by setting appointments, managing follow-ups, and ensuring clear communication between our customers and sales team.

Responsibilities Include:
- Represents the company through telephone contact by answer incoming calls, setting sales appointment leads, and responding to overflow calls as necessary.
- Consistent follow up on incoming web leads until the customer has been reached and either an appointment has been scheduled, or lead has been marked as dead.
- Create prospects and appointments in i360 with all applicable notes.
- Keep updated notes in i360 for each appointment created.
- Create welcome emails and follow up calls/communications with customers.
- Saves Property Cards/Deeds for appointments set in i360.
- Schedule appointments for Design Specialists.
- Assist in making sure all supplies are stocked for Customer Care/Sales Department.
- Meets or exceeds goals for sales appointments and lead conversions.
- Supports Customer Care - Production by serving as a point of contact for customers, including answering questions, scheduling and confirming installations, providing pre-installation information, assuring quality, solving problems, and so on.
- Provides customers with a remarkable experience.
- Quality check all customer information to include addresses, contact information, phone, email, etc.
- Must exercise utmost diplomacy and tact to provide excellent customer service for clients.
- Meets or exceeds goals for sales appointments, lead conversions.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, construction, or sales position (preferred)
- Computer proficiency and strong data entry skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
