For Each 1 Reach 1 Mentoring Program, Inc./Reach Academy is looking for an education director to join our team.

We are located at 7318 Sunshine Grove Rd. Brooksville, FL 34613

Boot Camp Instructor runs our Military structured program. Boot Camp Instructor must be a positive influence in each Cadet’s life. Boot Camp Instructor must operate with integrity and be professional at all times. Boot Camp Instructor must be willing to lead by example, know and abide by the program’s policies and procedures. For Each 1 Reach 1 Mentoring Program, Inc. goal is to make an investment into each Cadet that they will be able to withdraw from the rest of their life.

It needs to be result oriented and we need to be able to measure growth for each Cadet. Cadet Boot Camp Instructor must take ownership into the program and be willing to buy into what we do and believe. Cadet Boot Camp Instructor must be a team player and participate in the program’s fundraisers, trips and outings related to the program.

• Must pass a National Background Check.
• Must be willing to take ownership in what we do by buying into Boot Camp.
• Must attend Boot Camp Training and sign information covered in Training to verify completion of training.
• Must be Professional and reliable at all times.
• Serve as a role model and mentor to the Cadets in the program.
• Must be able to manage time properly and delegate assignments to the team.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and people skills.
• Be able to drive program van.
• Pass quarterly evaluation.
• Adapt to change.
