Electrical Construction Supervisor

Responsibleforsupervisingallelectricalconstructionactivitiesfortheproject,including high-,medium-,andlow-voltageelectricalsystems,aswellascontrolandinstrumentation.

Theroleisresponsibleforensuringthatprojectobjectivesrelatedtoschedule,budget,quality,andsafetyareachievedinaccordancewithapplicablelocalandinternationalstandardsandspecifications.

The Electrical Construction Supervisorproactivelyidentifies ,monitors,andmitigatesprojectriskswhilepromotingasafeworkenvironmentandminimizingthepotentialforaccidentsaffectingpersonnel,equipment,facilities,andtheenvironment.

• Collaboratecloselywiththe Construction Managertoensureprojectmilestonesareachievedaccordingtotheprojectschedulebyverifyingthatcontractorsprovideadequatestaffing ,technical resources,andequipmentwhilemaintainingprojectbudgetobjectives.
• Providedirectsupervisionandleadershipintheimplementationandenforcementof Environmental,Health&Safety(EHS) policies,procedures,andindustrybestpractices,withtheobjectiveofachievingzeroincidentsandensuringenvironmentalcompliance.
• Ensurecompliancewiththe Quality Management System (QMS) forallelectricalinstallationsandpowerdistributionsystemsbywitnessinginstallationactivities,reviewinginspectionandtestplans(ITPs),verifyingfabricationandinstallationprotocols,andvalidatingmaterialcertificationsandservicedocumentation.
• Fostercollaborationandteamworkacrossmultidisciplinaryprojectteamstoresolvetechnicalandoperationalissuesthroughinitiative,accountability,adaptability,andeffectivecommunication.
• Demonstratethehigheststandardsofethics,professionalism,andsocialresponsibilitywhilemaintainingrespectfulrelationshipswithcontractors,projectpersonnel,andcompanyrepresentatives,promotingtheorganization scorevaluesandprofessionalconduct.
• Workjointlywiththe Construction Managerthroughoutallphasesofprojectplanningandexecution ,ensuringcommitmentsaremet,identifyingscheduleorcostdeviationsearly,andrecommendingcontingencyplanstomitigateprojectrisks.
• Maintainaccurateprojectrecordsbypreparingandissuingofficialcommunicationsdocumentingprojectprogress,construction activities,andanyissuesordelaysencounteredduringexecution.
• Monitorandpreventunauthorizedorunapprovedextracoststhatfalloutsidetheoriginalcontractscope.
• Prepareandissueformaldocumentationrelatedtochangeordersandextraworkrequestsaftertheyhavebeenreviewed,evaluated,andapprovedbytheappropriatecompanyrepresentatives.
• Participateinallrequiredtraininganddevelopmentprogramsthroughoutthedurationoftheproject.
• Immediatelyreportanyimminentsafetyhazardstothe Company sEHSrepresentativeandtakedecisiveleadershipactionstoeliminateunsafeconditionsbeforeworkcontinues.
• Incoordinationwiththe Construction Manager ,takeallnecessaryactionstoensureprojectobjectivesrelatedtoschedule,quality,andexecutionareachieved,whileimmediatelycommunicatinganydeviationstotheappropriatestakeholders.
• Exercisesoundleadershipandprofessionaljudgmenttomaintainpositiveworkingrelationshipsamongallprojectparticipants.

• Minimumofthree(3) yearsofprovenexperiencesupervisinghigh-,medium-,andlow-voltageelectricalinstallations,includingcontrolandinstrumentationsystemswithinindustrialenvironments.
  
  Experienceincementmanufacturing,power generation,oil&gas,orheavyindustrialprocessplantsishighlypreferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,Word,PowerPoint),AutoCAD,andstandardsoftwareusedfortechnicaldocumentationandprojectreporting.
• Strong leadership,organizational,communication,interpersonal,problem-solving,andteamworkskills,withtheabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiessimultaneously.
