Bay Care Health Systems is currently seeking an Outreach Prevention Facilitator to join our outstanding and compassionate team in Spring Hill!

- Plays a crucial role in promoting and implementing effective health and safety initiatives for our community.
- Uses a variety of methods to create effective campaigns, such as facilitating presentations, providing resources to the public, and conducting data-driven research.
- Responsible to develop, implement, and manage evidence-based programs that effectively prevent alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use.
- Serves as a resource to parents and district, school sites, and community agency staff related to county prevention intervention resources.
- Extensive travel is required.
- Will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

- Certification/License: BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Driver's License
- Bachelor's degree - Human Services or Related Field
- Preferred 1 years of substance abuse experience or 1 year of Behavioral Health experience
