Position summaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee daily operations across two warehouse locations. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics, including truck scheduling, freight cost optimization, warehouse productivity, and team leadership.
The Logistics Manager will lead a team of 15–20 employees and play a key role in driving operational efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction across both sites — partnering closely with the SC Plant Manager on inbound silica and finished-goods flow, and with corporate operations in Florida on retail commitments.
Why this role mattersOn-time, in-full delivery to our retail customers depends on what happens at our dock doors. This role keeps freight cost in check, customer commitments met, and warehouse teams running clean — the difference between scaling on plan and scaling at a loss.
Champion Black Diamond Coatings' core values- Embody and actively promote the company's core values across both warehouse locations.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear expectations, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Administer corrective action and performance improvement plans consistent with company policy and applicable employment law.
- Build schedules and manage staffing levels to align with workload, seasonality, and budget.
