Mini Bot Wrangler
Assist with cleaning, housekeeping, heavy lifting, and support operations as needed. Symbotic creates robotic solutions for warehouses, each robot is an order selector and carries each item to load for each pallet. All candidates start as general help and will be trained. The cell operator will be responsible for the processing of pallets and communicate problems with the system. Load equipment with product and offload.
Operate machinery by pushing basic buttons and monitoring machine operation. Pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate processing. Climb ladders ranging from 4 to 25 feet and enter confined spaces when necessary. Clean up spills on the deck surface and perform basic cleaning and visual inspections of the Bots. Operate a manual pump cart to place and remove bots from storage hotels.
Maintain general housekeeping of the Bot lift and induction staging area.
- Experience with wrench, power tools, general labor, repair, assembly.
- Knowledge in manufacturing, production, mechanical assembly, hand tools, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate issues effectively to managers and engineers on-site.
- Analyzing faults and troubleshooting issues through custom Human Machine Interface (HMI).

WorkEnvironment and Shift
This role involves working in confined spaces while tracking down robots that have malfunctioned. The job is physical and more demanding in the summer heat. It requires LOTO training (provided) and the ability to work in spaces with only 32 inches of clearance. The work cadence can be irregular, with periods of intense activity followed by long pauses.

- Saturday 5PM - 5AM with rotating Wednesdays
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooksville, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
