Solderer​/Assembler

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the electronics industry in Brooksville, FL, is expanding their production team. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with strong manual dexterity and technical aptitude to support high-quality assembly and specialized production processes.

Important Note:**** Prior Soldering and Assembly experience is required for assembly-focused roles.****

AVAILABLE SHIFTS & OPENINGS

We are currently filling 1 position for the 1st Shift:

• 1st Shift Schedule: 6:30 AM-5PM Monday-Friday(1 rotating day) off

• Compensation: $17.50/hr base

Positions Available:

• 1 Assembler's: Requires proven experience in electronic or component assembly and soldering
  
  What's the Job?

• Component Assembly:
  Assemble various components and sub-assemblies according to technical drawings, instructions, and specifications.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and identify any defects or inconsistencies.
• Tool Operation:
  Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.
• Documentation:
  Accurately record production data, including quantities produced, time taken, and any issues encountered during assembly.

  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with other assembly operators, supervisors, and quality control personnel to ensure smooth production flow and timely completion of orders.

• Manual Dexterity:
  High level of precision and control in using hands and fingers to manipulate small components and tools.
• Attention to Detail:
  Keen observational skills to identify defects, discrepancies, and ensure assembled products meet exact specifications.
• Technical Aptitude:
  Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Problem Solving:
  Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the assembly process.
