We're hiring:
Sand Production Team Lead — Brooksville, FL
Black Diamond Coatings (BDC Brands) is a veteran- and family-owned manufacturer of premium, environmentally friendly home improvement products. Our DOMINATOR®, AQUA-X®, and OBSESS® brands are made in the USA and sold through Amazon, Lowe's, The Home Depot, Walmart, and our own e-commerce site. We're headquartered in Brooksville, Florida, and we run on entrepreneurial spirit, high integrity, and teamwork.
We're looking for a hands-on Sand Production Team Lead to run daily production in our sand and new-products areas. This isn't a desk job — you'll be on the floor with the team, hitting production targets, keeping quality in spec, and making sure the shift runs clean, safe, and organized.
What you’ll own:- Daily production targets and quality for the sand and new-products lines
- Coaching, reviews, and training for your team
- Equipment upkeep and the preventive maintenance program
- Inventory accuracy for your work area
- Safety and housekeeping on the floor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and availability for overtime/Saturdays as needed
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently
- A track record of leading a team, solving problems on the fly, and keeping things organized
