Bay Care Health Systems is currently seeking an LPN to join our outstanding and compassionate team in Brooksville! This is a field‑based role.

• Utilizes the nursing process: assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating to achieve the goals of nursing practice.
• Will be familiar with medical clearance guidelines and act as the liaison with physicians and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners.
• Will coordinate and complete all admissions in a timely manner inclusive of nurse‑to‑nurse reports, triages, treatment plans, medication management and all related documentation.
• Will complete tasks as assigned by the RN charge nurse.

• LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• High School or Equivalent
• Associate in Nursing - preferred

• 1 year behavioral health preferred
• 1 year in nursing preferred
