• Manage staffing needs and oversee nursing staff providing direct resident care on the unit.
• Assist in staff development and training.
• Deliver direct resident care in line with established care plans.
• Supervise Clinical Nurses and Nurse Assistants.
• Conduct and document complete data collection of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout treatment.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for assigned residents.
• Recruit and hire nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with resident record documentation requirements.
• Coordinate staffing schedules for adequate coverage.
• Maintain compliance with resident rights policies and collaborate with families and staff to resolve grievances.
• Complete Preceptor Training.
• Introduce innovative ideas and processes that improve systems and achieve superior results.

• Current, unencumbered, active state RN license.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience in a relevant setting; at least one year in nursing administration.
• Demonstrated compassion, dedication, and professionalism.
