Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Brooksville Health Care Center is currently hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our compassionate and dedicated skilled nursing team. We are offering new, higher wages along with Daily Pay, giving you the flexibility to access your earnings when you need them.

We are looking for nurses who value teamwork, professionalism, and resident-centered care.

Shifts Available:

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend Contract Option Saturday & Sunday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

This is a great opportunity for nurses looking for flexibility while working in a supportive, skilled nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support and mentor CNAs while working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
• Promote safety, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• Active Florida RN or LPN license in good standing
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred (New graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
