This multi-campus hospital system provides surgical and anesthesia services across a range of specialties, operating under a physician supervision model with organized perioperative workflows. The facility supports a diverse surgical case mix within its operating room program, including substantial obstetric anesthesia support and regional anesthesia capabilities. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought to address current staffing needs across all three campuses within the Anesthesia Department.

Brooksville, Florida and the surrounding Spring Hill area offer a range of outdoor and recreational activities suited to diverse interests. Clinicians on assignment may explore Withlacoochee State Forest, Withlacoochee Trail State Park, and Cabot Citrus Farms, with opportunities for camping, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing. The region also features local markets, farm experiences, and golf at Hernando Oaks Golf and Country Club, providing varied options for engagement beyond the clinical setting.

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician supervision model during day shifts at an operating room facility in Brooksville and Spring Hill, Florida. Preferred scheduling consists of 5x8-hour shifts, with 4x10-hour shifts considered; day shifts run Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with an afternoon overlap from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, night coverage from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and weekend 24-hour pager responsibility.

Call coverage is required with weekday call from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM and a call ratio of 1:10 to 1:14. Rotation across all three campuses is required; the case mix is diverse with heavy OB support, and regional anesthesia skills are both supported and expected. No CAAs are present in this assignment, and board certification is required for all clinicians.
