Compensation

The hourly rate is $19 - $32 per hour and will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may be paid from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

• Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor.
• Offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs.
• Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor.
• Maintain clothing racks, tables, and displays in proper order throughout the day.
