Dispensary Associate - Part time

Trulieve is looking for a part‑time Dispensary Associate to support our fast‑growing retail operations. If you are passionate about helping patients with medical cannabis and delivering compassionate care, this role may be for you.

Trulieve’s plants are hand‑grown in an environment designed to reduce unwanted chemicals and pests, keeping the process as natural as possible. Our products are designed to alleviate seizures, muscle spasms, pain, nausea, loss of appetite, and other symptoms associated with serious medical conditions such as cancer.

Pay: $14.00 an hour (tips eligible). The Dispensary Associate guides customers on their cannabis journey by educating them on benefits and potential side effects, ensuring compliance with state regulations while providing an exceptional customer experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Show empathy and compassion to patients.
• Deliver the Tru Experience through elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
• Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns in accordance with company policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures.
• Work directly with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with any product or device issues.
• Collaborate with leadership and management to find solutions to customer issues.
• Document customer issues and concerns on the customer's profile.
• Maintain a clean and well‑stocked workstation throughout the shift.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Follow all Trulieve Policies and Procedures as a delivery associate.

• Assist with processing all online orders, including deliveries, within a 2‑hour timeframe.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent and experience in a related field.
• Minimum age of 21 (or 18 in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior experience in retail and/or customer service a plus.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment with diverse personalities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work without supervision and within a team environment.
• Business sense, professionalism, and discretion when communicating with all levels of management.
• Ability to understand and follow written or oral instructions.
• Respectful and polite interaction with customers and team members.
• Conversational English proficiency and basic computer operation skills.
• Physical and mental capacity to perform job duties.
• Valid driver's license and clean record (for delivery driver role).
• Pass a comprehensive background record check.

• Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday and use prosthetics if required.
• Functional independence, flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, or hostile individuals.

• Constantly required to move/traverse the facility, including confined spaces, and communicate sensitive information.
• Frequently required to manipulate objects weighing up to 50 lbs and perform tasks such as pushing/pulling, lifting, and positioning.
• Occasional seated positions required.

• Flexible hours depending on store needs; must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Up to 25 hours per week; may work after‑hours based on business needs.
