Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing and accurate tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise;
Coordinate truck deliveries and prioritize processing of merchandise onto the sales floor;
Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles;
Maintain backroom organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards while upholding safety and labor law compliance;
Communicate priorities and progress with management and associates to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor
