Forklift Operator

Overview

As a Forklift Operator
, you’ll move pallets and other materials through the different areas of the warehouse, supporting production requirements. You may also sort pallets by hand and repair damaged wooden pallets. This role is vital to the success of our Relogistics site!

Hourly Pay: $17.50/hr.

Shift(s): 1st Shift: Tuesday‑Friday 5:00am‑3:00pm; 3rd Shift: Saturday‑Monday 4:00am‑4:00pm

Location: Brooksville, FL 34602

• Move sorted pallet stacks to the appropriate staging area using Relogistics forklift equipment
• Operate forklifts with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times
• Hand‑sort wooden pallets when required
• Repair wooden pallets using a nail gun when required
• Maintain a clean & safe working environment

• High School Diploma or GED
• Forklift certification preferred
• 1-3 years of forklift experience
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, welding, roofing, or construction strongly preferred
• Willingness to work in a labor‑intensive environment
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Willing to work overtime as needed

• Ability to work in extreme conditions (heat, cold, air particulate)
• Repetitively adjust body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and sit in a forklift for entire shifts of varying lengths
• Noise level in the work environment depends on location
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
• Specific vision abilities required: close, distance, and color vision
• May be required to lift pallets by hand, each weighing between 50 lbs. and 75 lbs
